Life Skills Program: Making Tong Yum Shrimp for Grade 5A students Taught by Teacher Sokhort Hor of American Intercon School, Phsar Thmey Campus

On May 22, 2023, teacher Sokhort Hor led the Grade 5A students of American Intercon School, Phsar Thmey Campus to practice life skills. Before starting to practice the skills, the teacher showed the roots of lemongrass, shrimp, squid, red onion, garlic, onion, tong yam sauce, salt, sugar, MSG, fish sauce, sweet basil, lemon leaves, lemon, mushrooms and tomatoes.
It should also be noted that the purposes of this skill are to:
• let students know how to make Tong Yum Shrimp
• let students know about cooking.
